If you’re a New Yorker or a true baseball fan in general, hopefully you know what a bleacher creature is. If not, I’m going to explain it to you the best I can in just a few sentences. Bleacher Creatures are the most hardcore Yankee fans you’ll ever sit next to at Yankees Stadium. They claim the cheap seats in the outfield religiously and run things by their rules. From the roll call of each player that takes the field at the start of each home game, to the banishment of opposing teams’ fans, it’s truly an experience to see these cats in action. As a life long Yankees fan myself, this drink was created as a tip of my Yankee cap to these blue collar fans.
Buy me some peanuts and crackerjacks because you’ll be using both for this cocktail…Well, maybe not the peanuts, but they do go well on the side. I went with Bulleit Bourbon to reflect the quality of these fans along with hints of hazelnut and almond liqueurs. So the next time you’re watching the game or pre-gaming prior to going to the ballpark, enjoy this cocktail. Play ball and cheers!
2 Parts Bulleit Bourbon 1 Part Disaronno Amaretto 1 Part Frangelico 1/2 Part Fresh Lemon Juice 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of sugar 1 box of Cracker Jacks
1 Lemon Wedge
Crush about 3 handfuls of Cracker Jacks and set aside. Next, take a chilled cocktail glass and rim your glass with lemon juice from your wedge. Take the glass and rim the glass with the crushed Cracker Jacks and set aside.
In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine all remaining ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into your prepared cocktail glass over ice and enjoy.
It’s April, it’s springtime and it’s Easter. After a long and brutal winter, things are finally beginning to look up with summer quickly approaching. There’s a lot to look forward to, Opening Day in baseball, Aries season, Easter egg hunts and of course candy, and lots of it. Whatever you’re looking forward to most, one thing we all have in common is our need for a cocktail at some point during all the festivities.
The Silly Rabbit offers all that and is great this time of year. It’s tangy and sweet, perfect for a sunny spring day. Start your day off with one over brunch and skip spring cleaning for now. Trust me, it can wait. Happy Easter everyone and enjoy your spring. Cheers!
1.5 oz Kinky Liqueur 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps 2 1/2 oz Pink Lemonade Splash of Grenadine Splash of Passion Fruit Cocktail Sugar (dyed Yellow for glass rimming)
First rim your cocktail glass with a lemon wedge. Rim the cocktail with sugar and set aside. Next add all remaining ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into the prepared cocktail glass and enjoy.

Valentine’s Day may be long gone, but that doesn’t mean you have to ditch all things pink and pretty, especially when it comes in cocktail form. For the entire month of February, The St. Regis Bar at The St. Regis Atlanta will be been serving up their “Pink Of Perfection” cocktail. The perky cocktail combines Karma Silver Tequila, simple syrup, orange blossom water, lime juice, and club soda, and as you can tell from the picture above it isn’t too bad to look at either. You can purchase the “Pink Of Perfection” cocktail for $16, but be sure to head over to the St. Regis Atlanta ASAP since the cocktail will only be available until the end of this month. And in case you do want to try your hand at whipping up the “Pink Of Perfection” at home, I’ve included the recipe below.
Pink Of Perfection
1 part Karma Silver Tequila ½ part Simple Syrup 3 dashes Orange Blossom Water ½ part Fresh Lime Juice
Combine the first four ingredients in shaker with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with crushed ice. Top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with rose petals.
