You gotta love when summer treats like the Italian ice are given the Lushworthy treatment and at Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse in Atlanta they’re serving up just that thanks to their boozy granitas. A combination of sugar, water, and select flavorings, the granita is pretty similar to the Italian ice and at Davio’s they’re created using Limoncello, Chambord, Vanilla Stoli Vodka, and other boozy ingredients.
On top of providing a refreshing break from the heat or serving as a sweet post-dinner treat, Davio’s boozy granitas, which were created by Pastry Chef Kathleen Miliotis, are also pretty affordable at only four dollars each. Be sure to get your hands on one fast since they’ll only be available up until August 30. You can find a list of Davio’s homemade, boozy granitas, as well as specific ingredients, below.
