While attending a friend’s birthday dinner earlier this week at a French restaurant here in Atlanta called Atmosphere I came across a really unique dessert made using Grey Goose Vodka. It’s called the “Colonel” and consists of “Lemon Sorbet topped with ice cold Grey Goose Vodka.” I’m kind of kicking myself for not trying the “Colonel,” but it seems like something you can easily make yourself. And for $7 I’m sure the lemon sorbet merely consists of a splash of Grey Goose Vodka. I got a quick picture in with my Blackberry before our already snarky waitress had a chance to see me and think I was crazy for taking pictures of dessert menus.
